The brewery uses only nuruk (traditional fermentation starter) and no artificial additives. Their signature rice wines are fermented using a five-stage “Ohyangju” method, known for its deep flavor and long aging process—at least 4 months for makgeolli, 1 year for yakju, and 3 years for distilled soju.

Inside the facility, you’ll find an elegant tasting space, artisan brewing tools, and a variety of premium liquors for sampling and purchase. No reservation is required for tastings, but guided brewery tours and brewing workshops (like makgeolli and nuruk salt making) are available by booking in advance.

Their signature drink is a roasted soybean cream latte, best enjoyed while seated under the hanok’s wooden eaves or at an outdoor table in the garden.
